What is a flush mount photo album?
A flush mount album is where a physical photographic print is mounted directly into the page of the album. Once the physical print is mounted to the page, the print and album page is trimmed, thus becoming flush with each other. The physical print becomes the actual album page. The final result is a beautiful, crisp, clean album presentation of your photographic images.

Why should I choose EVER Album Design?
We work closely with all of our customers to ensure a pleasurable experience. We enjoy working with professional photographers. Professional photographers make up the majority of our business. We understand that as a professional photographer, you don't always have the time to focus on album design. Your main focus should be photography. Let us be a helpful part of your business. - If you're someone not working with a professional photographer or your photographer doesn't offer albums, you can have us design your flush mount album. Some photographers may only offer you all your images on a CD or DVD. If this is the case, contact us for pricing.

Do you sell albums?
Yes, we sell some of the highest quality, professional albums in the industry. These are the same types of albums that professional photographers sell, that's why we work with photographers also. Everything from the quality of the albums and prints have chosen because of the extensive life of the product. You album and prints are made to last for generations.

Do you sell to non-photographers?
Yes. We understand that not everyone is currently working with a professional photographer on their wedding album. However, if you choose to have EVER Album Design work on your album design and wedding album, we require written approval from the professional photographer to work with their client and to use their coyrighted images. Written consent is required to create an album using copyrighted images, even if you already have a disc of your images from the photographer. We respect professional photographers and their copyrighted images.

What's your typical turnaround time?
For design alone, typical turnaround is 5 business days from the time that we receive your order. In order to begin working on your design, we must receive all of your image files and complete order form. For professional album creation, completion time may vary from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the album.

What types of files do I send you? What resolution?
We only accept JPG, PSD and TIFF files. Color profile needs to be sRGB and at 300 dpi resolution.

Do I need to prepare my files for you? Should I crop and resize?
No. For best results, please send us the original size, high resolution .jpg file.

Will my photos be cropped?
Depending on the album you choose, there is typically some cropping or covering of the photograph. There may be some cropping of the original image depending on the design layout. Rest assured that no important parts of an image will be lost during any necessary cropping or mat covering of an image.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Please allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear before we can begin production.

How do I send you my image files?
Files can be uploaded to us via FTP or you can mail us your image files on a CD or DVD to:

Can I see my album design before the work is complete?
Yes. We will email you with a low resolution version of your album design for you to approve. Approval is done via email.

What type of design files do I receive from you?
You will receive 300 dpi resolution, JPG files ready for printing.

What album companies can your flush mount album designs be used for?
Our flush mount album designs can be used with any album company. We understand that every album company is different and have different specifications. Be sure to let us know which album company you're ordering from.

Can you send my design files directly to my album company?
Yes. Once your completed design files are approved for printing, we can send your files directly to your album company for production via FTP. If we have to send your album company a CD or DVD of the files, there is a $10 convenience fee for mailing.

How much are your design services?
Contact us for a current price list. If you are a professional photographer that offers albums to your clients, we are happy to offer you wholesale prices for design services.

What is the difference between a page and a side? What's a spread?
Every page has two sides; a front and a back. A side is simply one side of a page. A spread is the back of the page on the left and the front of the page on the right, when the album is open.

Can you retouch or color correct my image files?
As of right now, we do not offer retouching or color correction. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future.
